Job Summary
An entertainment services company is seeking a Remote B2B Systems Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Triage and then either escalate or fix customer-reported bugs and issues in production
- Write, maintain, and update customer-facing documentation
- Develop customer-requested quality of life features in addition to bugfixes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some experience in building software – either a boot camp, or a history of independent learning
