An entertainment services company is seeking a Remote B2B Systems Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Triage and then either escalate or fix customer-reported bugs and issues in production
  • Write, maintain, and update customer-facing documentation
  • Develop customer-requested quality of life features in addition to bugfixes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Some experience in building software – either a boot camp, or a history of independent learning
  • Ability to ask smart questions, actively seek help and growth opportunities
