A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Back End Software Engineer.

Developing our flagship product
Working in Java (8+) with task-specific code in other JVM-based languages
Doing greenfield development as well as improve our existing code

Qualifications Include:

Must have a presence in the larger tech community and involvement in industry events
Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with W3C standard Semantic Web technologies
Skill developing object-oriented Java
Must have opinions about what good code looks like
Must have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, even if you don't have a Comp Sci degree
