Job Summary
A company that provides residential services has a current position open for a Remote Back Up Care Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching, reviewing and helping families with their backup care requests
- Documenting and tracking all customer contacts utilizing company platform
- Sending any unfilled jobs to caregivers, network centers and agencies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend 2.5 weeks of training in Waltham, MA
- 1+ years' experience helping others within either a professional environment
- Ability to adapt to changing workflow requirements as well as able to multitask
- Strong computer skills as well as internet and Microsoft Office experience
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
