Job Summary

A major financial service conglomerate has an open position for a Remote Banking Call Center Service Representative in Ogden.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts, loans, bank cards or other banking needs
  • Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone for various banking departments and affiliates
  • Making appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products

Position Requirements Include:

  • Good keyboarding and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have an isolated work space in the home free from distractions and noise
  • Must have Internet connection
  • Requires good follow-through
  • Knowledge of various computer software including spreadsheets and word processing
