A credit union service organization is filling a position for a Remote Case Management Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Perform chargeback/dispute resolution processing and handles dispute inquiries
  • Review electronic documentation produced from various sources to code transactions as fraud/non-fraud disputes

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year customer service experience
  • Ability to explain confusing and complicated topics in a clear and concise manner
