Job Summary

A financial management company has an open position for a Remote Banking Operations Customer Advocacy Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle Social Media escalations, BBB Reviews, and FDIC complaints from start to finish
  • Document a Complaint log that is shared across other departments on a monthly basis
  • Respond to the App store reviews on both iOS and Google store platforms

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA degree
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media, BBB, and FDIC platforms
  • 1+ years of experience in customer communications and success
  • Great knowledge of G Suite functionalities
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong Knowledge of Reg E, Z and dispute processes
