Job Summary
A financial management company has an open position for a Remote Banking Operations Customer Advocacy Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle Social Media escalations, BBB Reviews, and FDIC complaints from start to finish
- Document a Complaint log that is shared across other departments on a monthly basis
- Respond to the App store reviews on both iOS and Google store platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA degree
- Strong knowledge of Social Media, BBB, and FDIC platforms
- 1+ years of experience in customer communications and success
- Great knowledge of G Suite functionalities
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong Knowledge of Reg E, Z and dispute processes
