A banking and financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Banking Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Executing operating plan and communicating strategy to operations team

• Managing all human resources related activities

Qualifications Include:

• Typically 5+ years of related experience
• 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education/experience may be considered
• Ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques
