Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company has an open position for a Remote Banking Research Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with Employee Research Director to identify, plan, and effectively deliver employee research results
• Ensuring insights are compelling and rooted in facts, necessary rigor, appropriate interpretation and judgment
• Designing, executing, analyzing, and summarizing findings to guide actions/decision making

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Or equivalent work experience
• Eight to 10 years of experience in project management activities
• Ability to integrate research with other available information and proactively shares with EX insight consultants
• Ability to manage multiple, highly visible projects in a fast-paced environment
