Job Summary

An information technology consultancy is in need of a Remote Batch Process Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the help desk requirements for batch processing
• Responding to client support queries
• Diagnosing issues with data in the batch to process out redundant and duplicative records

Position Requirements Include:

• Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote-access
• 7+ years’ experience, managing DHS help desk inquires and data
• Demonstrated IT operations experience in a high paced environment
• Proven knowledge of Change and Configuration Management best practices
• Must have demonstrated knowledge in DHS applications
• Bachelor’s Degree, experience in lieu of Bachelors may be considered
