Job Summary
A privately-held legal services technology company is filling a position for a Remote BDR Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the daily activities and quota performance management of individual BDRs to ensure key performance metrics are met on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Partnering with the Director of Demand Generation to iterate, improve and optimize existing strategies
- Developing a deep understanding of all aspects of the sales process; and be able to clearly articulate our value within the market
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as an SDR/BDR
- Experience partnering closely with the marketing function
- Demonstrated history of consistently performing above quota in both inbound & outbound sales environment
- Experience successfully building out scalable outbound prospecting processes, including customized approaches based on buyers and personas
