Job Summary
A bedroom furniture manufacturer is in need of a Remote Bedroom Furniture Customer Service Representative in Jefferson.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming calls from owners, the field services team, and the retail field
- Answering general product related questions
- Owning and elevating the owners experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to get to a company store or facility should computer issues require it
- High school diploma or GED
- Talent to maintain proper phone etiquette
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 1-2 years customer service experience
