Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Navigator.
Must be able to:
- Schedule regular follow-up for fee-for-service (FFS) Clients
- Review assessments and assessed acuity level, diagnosis, and medical history
- Engage with providers and behavioral health treatment teams in discharge planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Licensed Ph.D
- Licenses must be active and unrestricted in the state of Alaska
- 3+ years direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
- Community behavioral health and/or public sector and Medicaid experience
- Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to toggle between multiple systems
