Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Behavioral Health Case Management Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Navigating and influencing multiple cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring contractual compliance & report delivery of services
  • Working as a liaison to Utilization Management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel throughout the state of NJ (25%) to client and state meetings
  • Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • 3+ years of health care industry experience
  • 3+ years of behavioral health managed care experience
  • 2 years management experience
  • Experience working with teams in a matrix organization
