Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource to other BH Case Managers
- Assist with more complex cases and will participate in inter- and intradepartmental teams projects
- Serve as key support to the BH Case Manager Lead in implementing identified operational processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing
- 4 years of clinical experience in social work counseling
- Experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment
- Current active unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LPC or Clinical Psychologist
- Extensive experience in case management and telephonic and/or in person coaching with members
- Managed care experience
