Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Behavioral Health Management Specialist in the Des Moines Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating oversight meetings to monitor, present, and discuss staff performance
- Conducting program audits and providing feedback and results
- Identifying performance improvement opportunities through analysis of operational data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% for face to face meetings
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology or related, Licensed Ph.D. Psychologist, or RN
- Licenses must be active and unrestricted in Iowa
- Experience in interpreting and utilizing clinical data analytics
- Demonstrated experience leading groups and strong presentation skills
- Solid computer skills at the intermediate level, proficiency with MS Office
