Job Summary

A contact center has an open position for a Remote Behavioral Health Sales and Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Utilizing phone, scheduling and CRM tools to manage call results data and initial consultation scheduling
• Proactively engaging health plan members in a discussion about the program benefits
• Scheduling initial consultations for members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• 1-2 years work experience in a call center/customer service or direct sales position
• 1 year sales experience minimum
• Proven sales results with selling skills
• Ability to display superior rapport building
