Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefit Assistance Customer Care Ambassador.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Connecting with customers to aid them, answer questions and resolve issues through phone calls
  • Being the face of the company as we make meaningful and positive impacts on callers requiring assistance

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to pick up your work equipment at a site in Greenville, Texas
  • At least 1 year of call center experience OR 2 years of customer service experience
  • Reliable, hard-wired internet connection
  • You will have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using email and chat to communicate with peers is an absolute must
