Job Summary
A business information company is filling a position for a Remote Benefit Calculations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Benefit Calculations Specialists
- Act as a point of contact for Operations leadership and supports Account Management with financial audits
- Ensure the legal compliance and confidentiality procedures are followed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience managing a large team, preferably in a customer service environment
- Experience working in payroll and/or benefits to include leave administration
- Working knowledge of Short & Long-Term Disability pay, including calculation of benefit payment
- An aptitude for math and experience with leave plan benefit payments
