Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefit Operations Business Analyst Workforce Planner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences
  • Performing analysis and trending in Microsoft Excel of key metrics to identify business impacts
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients

Required Skills:

  • Facilitate meetings with various business groups to identify impacts to our business and transaction centers
  • 2 years of Workforce Management experience
  • 2 years of experience modeling capacity plans in MS Excel
  • 1 years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 1 years of experience with project methodology
