Job Summary

A health care and health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Benefits Account Executive I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Optimize potential for sustainable growth and profitability for assigned book of business
  • Provide regular feedback of strategic plan performance and outcomes to management
  • Develop and manage client specific, strategic, financial and business relationship plans

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from four (4) year college or university and three (3) to seven (7) years job related experience; or equivalent
  • Experience in the Managed Care Benefits arena
  • Experience in the Self Insured benefits arena
  • Strong computer and analytic skills
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
