Job Summary

A government solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Benefits Administration HRIS Analyst in Houston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, analyze, and administer results for a specialized HR function
• Analyze and resolve benefits/payroll interface errors from file send/receive to outsourced vendors
• Partner with Benefits, HR, payroll, IT, and vendor to resolve escalated HR and system-related data issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

• An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent business-related experience
• Three (3 yrs) benefits systems exposure and/or development
• Knows the most effective and efficient process to get things done with a focus on continuous improvement
• Willing to ask questions and participate in multiple virtual meetings while accomplishing projects and tasks
• Ability to work virtually as part of a cohesive team
• Ability to build strong relationships
