Job Summary
A staffing company has an open position for a Remote Benefits Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit benefit enrollment data, including dependent eligibility
- Serve as subject matter expert for administration and governance
- Participate in the overall human resources information system (HRIS) meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be responsible for the administration of the health and welfare benefit plans
- Must be able to assist with open enrollment preparation and administration
- Must be able to provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs
- Must be able to assist with writing communications to employees and technical plan documents
