Job Summary
A social media marketing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits and Payroll Manager.
Must be able to:
- Perform open enrollment and new hire on-boarding benefit orientations
- Build robust Leaves of Absence processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in managing US benefits programs
- Demonstrated ability in managing policies, and employment law-related matters including documents
- Demonstrated experience leveraging broker-based services and automation to enable a flawless employee experience and internal efficiencies
