A human capital management firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Implementation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting, analyzing, documenting and validating customer business requirements
- Configuring the system to meet the client’s needs
- Working with Benefit Providers on interface requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep understanding of US employee benefits administration
- 3+ years of end-to-end benefits system implementations
- 1+ years of PlanSource experience
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
