An electronic communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Manager.

  • Managing employee leave administration programs (FMLA, OFLA, CFRA, etc)
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and local government
  • Managing all worker’s compensation practices for the company

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
