Job Summary

A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Benefits Prime System Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Gathering configuration requirements for complex and lengthy projects
  • Managing transition projects for customers
  • Assisting customers with Open Enrollment projects

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel will be less than 25%
  • Bachelor’s in related field or 5 years related experience, or equivalent related education/experience
  • Health & Welfare: 3+ years’ experience
  • Prior benefits configuration experience: 2+ years
  • Prior Open Enrollment Consultation: 2+ years
  • Minimum 3+ years of strong customer service experience
