Job Summary
A provider of package management solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bi Lingual French Customer Relations Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Solve problems regarding full spectrum of parcel management
- Escalate technical issues to the development team
- Follow-up and documentation of customer and team interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bi-lingual French, or French Canadian
- 1-2 years minimum recent customer service experience required
- Highly tech savvy and have experience working with intuitive software platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem solving skills
- High School Diploma required
