Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting firm specializing in creative, digital, and marketing solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote BI Reporting Business Data Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing data insights and recommendations on how to improve client's hiring methods
- Building dashboards
- Supporting presentations on findings for leadership team
Qualifications for this position include:
- The position is remote until the stay at home order is lifted. Then you must be able to work onsite at the posted location
- Bachelor's degree
- Expertise with Excel data modeling and analysis skills
- Experience in business data, preferrably around hiring or other resource management numbers
- Proficiency in Tableau, Quickbase, data visualization tools
- Fluency in SQL and working with large data sets / data warehousing
