An electric bicycle manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bicycle Product Support Specialist in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide assistance by phone and email to customers
- Help customers assemble e-bikes
- Help customers troubleshoot problems with e-bikes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service via the phone and email
- Extraordinarily detailed oriented and able to share steps and process clearly
- Impeccable phone communication skills, especially under pressure
- Approachable and kind, always willing to help
- Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment and learn on the go
