Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Big Data Microservices DevOps Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Enable agents to deliver exceptional service through real-time call assistance
  • Enable agents to provide ongoing coaching leveraging AI/ML
  • Apply Data Lake, Data Ingestion, Blueprint implementation, Microservices knowledge and skills

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience of leading on one or more client engagement and owning / driving the scope, in collaboration with the customer
  • Strong preference for past experience working with regulated industries (FSI’s, Healthcare, Government)
  • Possess Data Lake, Data Ingestion, Blueprint implementation. Microservices skills
