Job Summary

A non-profit organization that seeks to combat world hunger is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Adaptation Fund Project Design Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting work in climate finance and strengthening partnership efforts with international financing institutions
• Enhancing the Division’s capacities in accessing and promoting investments
• Assisting and advising country and regional offices in the employment of climate finance opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

• Working knowledge of English, French or Spanish
• AND limited knowledge of one of the other two or Arabic, Chinese, Russian
• Advanced university degree in Economics, development studies, or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in climate finance and project/programme planning and monitoring
• Practical experience in project formulation, communication, financial and budget planning, etc
