Job Summary

A customer-engagement services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Canadian French Enterprise Customer Support Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Receive inbound Customer calls and email communications and address in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide first level support in troubleshooting and documenting customer complaints
  • Review, priorities and manage group mailboxes to ensure all inquiries are actioned

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Canadian French and English)
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional
  • Problem solving, detail-oriented, and experienced at investigating and resolving complex issues
  • Able to navigate multiple screens on a computer while helping customers
  • High School Diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
