Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to 20 to 150 client requests regarding trading and other general questions
- Striving to make your team’s work as efficient as possible by improving or creating processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluent in English and Chinese at a professional level
- Strong written English communication skills
- Crypto trading experience, preferably on multiple platforms
- High output -- metrics-based experience is helpful
- Able to make quick decisions autonomously
