Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Chinese Medicare Customer Service Navigator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Following up calls to members with resolution to identify issues in timely manner
  • Making outbound calls to Dual SNP members to build relations
  • Acting as a dedicated customer service go to person to assist customers to resolve issues and problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a customer service environment
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual fluency (verbal and written) in Chinese (Cantonese AND Mandarin) and English
