Job Summary

A health and wellness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Creole Customer Service Representative

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inquiries from our Medicare Advantage members via inbound calls, internet inquiries, and written correspondence
  • Dealing compassionately with Medicare beneficiaries on a one-on-one basis
  • Participating in ongoing training and engaging in self development

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Creole bilingual
  • Able to work independently, honor commitments to our members, and collaborate with team
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while resolving complex issues
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
