Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and enter information into the central database
• Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls regarding disaster assistance
• Maintain and update the database system as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Call center experience preferred, but not required
