Job Summary

A customer engagement service provider has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual French Automotive Parts Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Place outbound phone calls to dealerships to follow up on recent inquiries
  • Help the customer with order cancelation
  • Help the customer with parts ordering and status

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive parts specialist
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Thorough knowledge of automobile mechanical and electronic functions
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
