Job Summary

A technology company specializing in money transfer solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual French Call Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist new users via inbound calls, outbound calls, texts and emails with various issues
  • Complete the verification process for all new users
  • Complete the verification process for users requesting to raise limits

Qualifications Include:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Ability to make high-quality decisions quickly
  • Enthusiastic about speaking with users (and fraudsters) to conduct verifications
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to track fraudster patterns as they morph
