AN information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual French Quality Assurance Specialist in Las Vegas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing regular quality evaluations and compliance assessments
- Providing daily analysis of accounts
- Leading assigned quality calibration sessions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years experience in customer service/quality assurance
- 1-3 years experience in a contact center
- Proficient in enhanced Google applications
- Experience with automated systems
- Aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements
