Job Summary
A digital customer engagement services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual German Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist and guide customers to the right answers and solve concerns
- Act as the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to quickly identify any and all issues the customer may have
- Ability to maintain high engagement with both the project and customers
- Professional/business level proficiency in German and English languages
- Customer support professionals who are well versed in written customer support communication
