Job Summary
A mass media company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Guest Services Representative in Miami.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving issues that impact our Guests' experiences
- Answering inbound calls and email assisting Guests
- Contacting Guests via outbound calls as instructed by supervisory staff
Position Requirements Include:
- Communication skills in English and one of the following languages French/Spanish/Italian/German
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to receive feedback and take action as appropriate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Access to a reliable, high-speed Internet connection required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
