A global technology consulting rm is seeking a Remote Bilingual Japanese Technical Support Analyst in Irving.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting account management with Enterprise customers
- Conducting risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Providing customer support and working with customers in high stress situations on complex problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual (Japanese – read write and speak – professionally)
- NAS and/or SAN storage and surrounding infrastructure
- Network architectures including the roles of routers, switches and protocols
- Microsoft Enterprise operating systems and applications
- RAID and storage systems
- UNIX/LINUX/AIX/HP-UX configuration and administration
