Job Summary
A telephone interpreting service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Kinyarwanda and English Telephone Interpreter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding volume patterns, providing feedback and responses through messaging system
- Providing excellent customer service with a focus on helping both parties communicate clearly in real time
- Interpreting between source and target language with accuracy, clarity, and transparency
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Native level proficiency in English and your second language
- Superior client service skills
- At least two years of Telephone Interpreting experience
- A dedicated landline telephone
- Access to a quiet workspace
