A hospitality company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Chinese Vacation Customer Service Representative in the Orlando Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers
- Meet customer needs
- Assist with vacation planning
Qualifications Include:
- Some on-site work is required
- Six months customer service or sales experience
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Must have demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
