Job Summary

A student loan servicer has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support our growing customer base
  • Work primarily on inbound service calls
  • Service customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Wilmington, DE for computer equipment pick up
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
  • Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
