A digital customer engagement services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Russian Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting and guiding customers to the right answers
  • Solving concerns
  • Being the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Has STRONG Customer Support skills/experience
  • Has a fun approach to customer support
  • Has a quiet work space to provide phone support from home
  • Has some experience in providing customer support via phone calls and emails
  • Can type fast, loves being a part of a team, and is a multitasking ninja
  • Is professionally fluent in Russian
