Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Alcohol Monitoring Customer Service Representative in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Effectively managing large amounts of incoming calls
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year experience in customer service
- High School diploma or GED
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
