Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Asset Management Customer Service Representative in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Performing data entry related to a new program
- Assisting customers by researching their account and providing prompt and accurate information
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
- Applicants must reside within 1-1.5 hours of the Austin, TX office
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
- Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
- Must be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
