Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Call Center Collections Associate.

Must be able to:

• Be responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls
• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts

Position Requirements Include:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
