Job Summary
A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Childrens Donation Coordinator in Bethlehem.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting donors with recurring payments if chosen
- Making outbound phone calls to solicit for donations from previous donors
- Answering incoming calls from individuals calling to donate during active campaigns
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluency in the Spanish language required
- Prior inbound and outbound consumer contact center skills
- Knowledge of non-profit fundraising due to work history or volunteer activities
- Sales Experience required
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Most importantly align with the client's mission.
